Ambassadors

Ambassadors

As a Debug the Myths ambassador, you have an opportunity to share important messages about pesticide and fertilizer products through educational activities and events. This section of the website provides various avenues for members and ambassadors to be active in their community both online and in person.

Below is a list of downloadable resources that can help ambassadors bring RISE and Debug the Myths into their own communities:

Doorhangers: Friends don’t let friends keep pests hanging around. These informative doorhangers were designed as a useful way to remind friends and family about the dangers that pests can cause to homes.

Events: Not sure how to start talking about the issues in your area? Consider partnering with local organizations, speaking at local events, conducting a “What’s Bugging You?” children’s book reading at the library, and many more.

Blog post: Share positive information with your company or personal blog readers! Debug the Myths has provided an example blog post to use as inspiration for your own blog on the subject.
Download
Facebook posting: Spread the word on Facebook. Post the suggested message and link in your status to start your friends inspecting and protecting activities.
Download
Tweets: Use these example tweets on your professional or personal twitter handle to engage consumers with the Debug the Myths brand.
Download
Videos: Share these videos to provide an easy-to-understand explanation about Integrated Pest Management using the acronym INSPECT.
Online Button: Download this National Inspect and Protect Week button (to be used every year in the first week of October) to put on the company’s website and it will directly link to the correct page on www.debugthemyths.com.
